1. Connectar Hub role
Connectar Hub provides the technical bridge between your system and official APIs, including Meta's official WhatsApp.
We do not act as the sender, editor or approver of the content transmitted by customers through the platform.
2. Responsibility for sent content
The customer is fully responsible for messages, media, documents, contacts, campaigns and any other content sent through Connectar Hub.
The customer must ensure its traffic complies with applicable law, Meta rules, recipient consent and channel usage policies.
3. Data processed by the platform
We may process account registration data, technical credentials, request metadata, operational logs, webhooks and information required for routing, support and security.
When message content is in transit or temporarily stored, that processing only happens to enable the connection, technical delivery, operational tracing and support.
4. Information security
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data, credentials and records against unauthorized access, improper change, loss or disclosure.
This includes access controls, credential protection, operational monitoring and environment security practices. No system is absolutely invulnerable.
5. Data sharing
Data may be shared with providers strictly necessary to operate the service, such as Meta, hosting infrastructure, processing and monitoring vendors.
We do not sell personal data or message content as a product.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain data and records for as long as required for operation, security, auditing, legal compliance and technical support.
Where applicable, data may be deleted or anonymized according to the nature of the record and the legal obligations involved.
