General conditions for using the Connectar Hub platform as an integration bridge to official WhatsApp.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Connectar Hub platform, you agree to these terms of use in full.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the service.

2. Service description

Connectar Hub provides a technical integration bridge between third-party systems and official APIs, including Meta's official WhatsApp.

We are not a telecommunications operator, messaging provider, or substitute for any official channel. We act exclusively as a technical intermediary.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer is fully responsible for all content sent through the platform, including messages, media, documents, contacts and campaigns.

The customer must ensure its traffic complies with applicable law, Meta policies, recipient consent and channel usage rules.

The customer is responsible for the security of their access credentials and API tokens. Connectar Hub is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence.

4. Prohibited use

Using the platform for spam, illegal, fraudulent, offensive content, content that violates third-party rights, or that breaches Meta policies is prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account, without prior notice and without refund.

5. Availability and support

Connectar Hub strives to keep the platform available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, updates and events beyond our control (including Meta API outages) may cause temporary interruptions.

6. Payments and billing

Plans and pricing are available on the website. Payment is prepaid and access is granted after confirmation.

There are no refunds for periods already paid, except where required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

Connectar Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 3 months of service.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform, brand, code and documentation belong to Connectar Hub.

The customer does not acquire any intellectual property rights through use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or by email.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

The customer may close their account at any time through the dashboard.

Connectar Hub may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
